The Only Weight Loss Information You Need
There is only one thing that you need to know if you wan to lose weight. It is actually a mathematical equation. Calories Consumed - Calories Burned = Net Daily Calories So, if you consume (i.e. EAT) more calories than you burn, your net calories will be a positive number. If you eat less than you burn, your net calories will be a negative number. You want this to be a NEGATIVE number. So, by counting how many calories you eat, you can see the "Calories Consumed" factor. (It's nearly impossible to determine how many calories you burn in a day, but keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more you burn). If you do not lose weight, reduce the number of calories you eat. Eventually, you WILL be consuming less calories than you burn, and you WILL lose weight! |
